Queen City Paranormal uses scientific methods, theories, and equipment to determine any and all paranormal activity.  We try to eliminate all earthly explanations before all else .  We do not currently have any psychics or mediums in our network, but are not opposed to using their guidance.  We do not however, use their word as proof or evidence. 

 

CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY

We understand that dealing with paranormal activity is a very sensitive subject and always respect client confidentiality and privacy.  We will never disclose your name, location, pictures, or evidence to our website or any persons outside of our team without prior permission.   

INVESTIGATIONS:

If you are thinking about scheduling an investigation, send us an email explaining the activity that is going on.  The "Request an Investigation" page will help you with information that may be of use to us.

Our methods vary from case to case and results and/or verifications of activity are not guaranteed. 

We are responsible for any items (yours and ours) that may be damaged during our investigation (except in the event that theft or damage of our property is purposely and/or consciously incurred).  We have never had an issue in the past, but accidents do happen.  We are also responsible for any injuries to our team that are incurred while on your property.

If a positive confirmation of paranormal activity is reached, we will provide you with any resources we have as well as advice and coping tools.

QCP is not responsible for any change in activity before, during, or after an investigation.  This includes an increase, fluxuation, or decrease in the amount or intensity of the activity experienced.  However, we will do everything in our power to not effect the environment.
